Fairly easy process and good rates. The only issue is we had a challenge with clarifying changes in salary and what documents were needed. I think its an isolated problem and doesn't reflect NJ Lenders as a whole. Would recommend. Thank you!

Don was amazing ! He made the the usually painstaking process of obtaing a mortgage from start to finish both simple and efficient. Don and his staff were great with understanding me & my needs as they walked me through each step ...and then just a few weeks later...called me with a closing date . I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend Don and his staff to anyone for there mortgage needs !!

NJ lenders worked through issues with my previous lender, Wells Fargo, regarding forebearance. It took a lot of calls and follow-up but we worked it out on time and closed with the rates we were promised at the beginning of the process.
